About the event
Join us for a fun day at the Adventure Science Center for ALL AGES. We will split into two groups by age for a lab experience and then join together for a quick lunch before exploring the museum on our own. Make sure you bring a packed lunch or snack to enjoy.
Underwater Robotics Lab (K-5th Grade)
Dive beneath the waves as we learn about remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). Students will have the chance to operate an ROV while learning about the different components of these important underwater robots.
Light & Spectroscopy Lab (6th-12th Grade)
Do aliens really exist, or are they just myths? Discover how scientists use light and gases in planet atmospheres to search for signs of life on other worlds.
Students and parents will also get access to the entire Adventure Science Center after the lab activity is over.
