About the event
The Invention Convention is an annual competition for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. The overall mission is to provide a fun and dynamic way for children to engage in divergent thought. The competition requires that the students actually make their inventions using their own creative imaginations.
RULES
The competition is open only to students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades.
Students may submit entries as individuals or in groups of no more than three.
Each entry must in be in ONE of five categories:
