Kayak the Duck River

Join us for a day of family fun on the Duck River!

Our group will be working with Higher Pursuits, a guided kayak trip provider based in Columbia, TN. This paddling route is 5.5 miles, and it is an easygoing Class I with very few swift spots (this is the route we recommend for first time paddlers, large groups or groups with young kids). Our trip will enjoy a leisurely trip down the river that will take 3-5 hours and we will stop for lunch and play time mid-way through. A Higher Pursuits staff member will join us as a guide to ensure safety and also introduce us to the wildlife in the area.

Kayak Options:

• Single Kayaks: Students who are 12 and up can have their own kayak to paddle.
